Rural school in Zimbabwe

Our Founding Story

Founded out of a deep recognized need in rural communities, ERGCZ began with a simple but powerful realization: talent is universal, but opportunity is not. We noted that rural Zimbabwean girls faced multiple intersecting barriers to receiving quality STEM education. A group of passionate educators and professionals came together to bridge this gap, determined to build a supportive ecosystem that empowers these young women to unlock their full potential and transform their communities.
